Because I was there for a medical procedure. The hospital was just out the back door not even a five minute walk. this made it super convenient and took one less piece of stress away from having to drive to the hospital and back. The staff was all very friendly, and the breakfast the next morning had things in it, that I could actually eat like yogurt after having my surgery. I loved all the multiple choices and how the fresh coffee and hot water is available all the time.

Location is perfect for hospital stay. Food is walking distance as well as a good beer. Area for the dog, super dog friendly. Even under construction for remodeling the staff is pleasant, cooperative and the housekeepers are super nice. Room is clean, well kept, has what you need. Once you park, you can walk to the hospital, food and dog area. We have stayed here several times.

The room was comfortable and it was helpful to have the minifrig, microwave and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were just right. The staff was very helpful and the woman who serviced our room was very friendly accommodating.

Hotel is nice, clean, quiet and conveniently located. We enjoyed the large breakfast options that were replenished throughout the morning. Very clean and well stocked food choices. We will return here.

It was a breath of her share compared to other places we have stayed in Spokane. The Madison Inn was very clean friendly. The breakfast was fantastic also. And we would definitely stay here again.

The location was great. I really loved the unit I was provided, the staff is very considerate in taking requests. I felt very safe as a single traveler. And the free popcorn on arrival was a nice treat after a long day of traveling.
